Every one of these is a concept build for a business that does not exist. That is on purpose. I would rather show you honest spec work than put a real shop's name on something they never hired me for.

Prices move a little by business. A one page site for a two person shop is not the same job as a twelve page restaurant site.
Free build, hosting, and upkeep for as long as you subscribe. Month to month, cancel any time.
You own the source files. Upkeep afterward is optional at $60 a month.
Start on the subscription and convert to ownership whenever you want. Half your payments come off the price.
On the monthly plan the site lives on my hosting. You are subscribing to a working website, the same way you subscribe to Squarespace or Shopify. If the subscription ends, the site goes offline. But never in the middle of a month you have paid for, and never without a warning and at least seven days first. Your domain is separate, it stays in your name, and it is yours either way. If you want a site that stays up no matter what, buy it outright.

After that, if the subscription has ended, the site goes offline. I say all of this up front because finding out at month eight is how people get burned.
You do, always. You buy it, it stays in your name, and I never hold it. If the site ever comes down, your domain is untouched and you can point it anywhere the same day.
About two days once I have your content. Review usually adds a few more. Nothing is due until you have seen the finished site.
No. It is me. I write the HTML, CSS and JavaScript myself, and I am the person who answers when you email about changing your hours.
I am a senior at Miami University and this is not my rent. The tradeoff is that I take on a small number of builds at a time and I am slower during exam weeks.
